Goods damaged in transit
We always handle and package your goods with the utmost care and work very closely with our courier and haulage partners to ensure they handle your goods with the same care and attention. If, however, damage does occur while the goods are in transit, we will quickly replace any damaged items without hassle or delay.
Delivery problems or delays
We carefully select our courier and haulage partners to ensure they share and represent the high customer service standards which we strive to deliver. Sometimes things such as traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns or inclement weather do unfortunately cause delays or prevent deliveries, however, but we believe that timely and honest communication is the key to making the best of such situations.
If something does go wrong with your delivery, we will always inform you as soon as we are aware of any issue and will keep you up-to-date as we liaise with the transport company. In an ideal world, nothing would ever go wrong but, in the real world, we make it our mission to ensure that any problems which do occur are dealt with and communicated as quickly and efficiently as possible so that everyone can make the best of the situation.
We, naturally, take every care to ensure that you always receive the correct quantity of the correct goods but, we're only human, and unfortunately a very occasional mistake might sometimes sneak 'under the radar'.
If we have made a mistake, not only will we apologise and blush profusely, but we will of course rectify the issue for you as quickly and smoothly as possible!

If you do experience a component fault on an item still covered by warranty and you need to make a claim, we can help you liaise with the relevant manufacturer and make sure the issue gets resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible.
